Beware they sell you a pretty package but don’t expect it to actually happen. Admin depends on residents to have a short term memory problem so they can say, “you don’t remember.” I personally don’t appreciate the condescending attitude. Grandview did not enforce the leash requirement for dogs. Administrative phone calls will not be returned. Staff is spread too thin performing too many varied tasks with poor results. Staff isn’t trained with a tremendous turnover. She takes your words out of context when voicing a concern to point the problem back at you.
